Sales were lacking and customers were not finding them. The internet was becoming more important and these companies wanted to build their customer base through email marketing, a fresher website, and better promotional material.
I was hired as head of marketing/creative director for both companies to help create updated advertising using print and internet marketing which included signage, menus, email campaigns, window peels and promotional brochures.
I took photographs that were used in these publications as well. I was also involved in promoting the business in the tourism community, connecting with tour bus companies and regional travel and business organizations.
